Room 205, the freshening up room, was a highlight, offering a convenient space to refresh before heading out. I also enjoyed the vibrant bar/club located at the front of the hotel, adding to the lively atmosphere of the area.
I found the room to be uncomfortably cold, despite setting the air conditioning to a comfortable mid-20s temperature.

We loved the convenience of the executive queen room, as well as a work desk, a multi-channel television and ironing facilities etc. Location: the hotel was very close to the railway station-about 3 and Eden nightclub across the road.

The air conditioning was broken, and I was only given a fan. Seriously? I was so uncomfortable sleeping at night, plus the street noise didn't help at all.

Very good central location.
The breakfast buffet is bad. Cheap jam that does not taste good, cheap ingredients (1x cheese and 1x ham, that's all). Paying extra for the hot breakfast is a cheeky thing with the prices of the rooms. And charging 3 pounds for a poached egg is unbelievable.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean and modern hotel, would recommend the hotel to stay in. Large spacious family room.
Too noisy late at night, could hear people outside shouting and fighting. Very small hotel car park- only room for 5 vehicles.

The staff was very, very friendly, everything clean, good breakfast. We were completely satisfied. For the price a real super offer. A restaurant and a bar with it. Everything's great.
WiFi is not really good to get in the rooms. Best in the hallway.

Ideal for family getaways
The staff were very friendly and were pretty good, even getting us ice for drinks late at night.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable for what we got.

We visited Crynant Shooting Ground for 4x4 Off Road Driving Experience. The Bluebell Hotel was within approx 7miles from the location and therefore convenient place to stay the night. The decor of the hotel was invitng and relaxing. Staff were attentive, although some struggled with the English language. Evening meal was delicious although a little pricey, and meat dishes came only with your choice of potato. Everything else came as an extra. For a treat, it was fantastic. However, would not eat there as a family!! Rooms were lovely, spacious and evertyhting you needed was there for you. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely visit again if in the area

The rooms were lovely - very comfy, spacious and good value.
The location though convenient meant street noise and limited parking. Food at dinner was too expensive for what it was I.E. perfectly acceptable but nothing special The service at breakfast was chaotic though the food was nice.

Consider asking for a room at the back of the hotel for a quieter stay, as the front can be very noisy.
